Kade likes to secretly take my camera and take pictures of things around the house. Most the time I just delete all of his master pieces but this time I thought I would share. The other night he had the camera and came back to me and asked if I wanted to look at his pictures. He said the last one was the funniest. What do you think?

KENNY CHESNEY!! YEAH! YEAH! YEAH!

July 14th my sisters, Emily and Stacey and I all went and ROCKED OUT at the Kenny Chesney concert front row!!! It was sooo much fun! He was basically singing to me! Kari got up really early and took the day off work to get us those tickets!! LOVED IT!!!

Summertime Fun

A few weeks ago we had a very hot weekend. Katie and my grandparents were in town. We went to a baseball game of Kody's, had a garage sale and the kids had had enough. It was time for some wet fun! We got a kiddie pool and the sprinkler out and they had a blast! I didn't get very many good pics but it was fun! Finished off the night at Chapalas! Thanks Grandpa and Grandma!!!

Swim lessons 2009

Kade did swimming at the Meridian Pool this year. He only had him and another boy in his class and so he got a lot of individual attention. He is swimming this year all by himeself. His form is not very pretty yet but he gets the job done. He is usually afraid of going off the diving board but once he saw the other kid do it he was IN! He said he is ready for level 3 and the high dive!!! Jeff was pretty much a pain in the butt during the lessons so I tried whatever I could to keep him from wondering around. Next year he will be old enough to do lessons! Yeah!

Let Freedom Ring!!

We were in Montana for the 4th of July this year. We started off the day with the Great Falls parade! It was a lot of fun. The kids got lots of candy and pop! Kenzie and Jeff were loving getting their own can of pop! True Ulmer's all the way! After the festivities the kids stopped by Gigi's and Great Grandpa's house and got McDonalds and to play! Then we went back to the cabin and had a bbq and fireworks and then some smores by the fire! It was a great day! Cheryl, Greg, Lynn and Drew all spent the day with us too !! Just the way the 4th should be if you ask me.













Needless to say, EVERYONE was pooped by the end of the day!

Montana 2009

We had our annual trip to my Grandparents cabin the first week of August. This year Kori and I went without the hubbies. All and all the trip was a major success. My boys were in HEAVEN!! Rocks, water, big trucks, movies, new toys, lot of junk food and people to hang out with!! It was nice to be outdoors and visit with family. It was definitely worth the 10 hour drive!




Mat being a pyro!! He at least had a few fires going every day! I am going to miss Mat. He has been coming over to dinner at my house on Tuesdays this past year. He just got transferred to Tacoma, Washington! Watching "The Biggest Loser" while pigging out just isn't going to be the same!




The pool and old dump trucks were a big hit! I didn't even have to worry about Kade because he would play with these trucks for hours at a time.

The annual fishing outing where they get all dressed up and look like they are going to catch a ton of fish and come home with nothin'!

DOGPILE! The boys had a lot of fun playing with my cousin, Josh. He is 14, so they think he is pretty cool!

Kade had a lot of fun playing in the creek this year. He caught tons of minnows and was quite proud of himself for going under the grate! Going under the grate in kind of a right of passage at the cabin. I guess he is part of the big boys club now.
